Menold Bezler advises BWK on majority stake in VTQ Videotronik
Menold Bezler has advised BWK GmbH Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft on the acquisition of a majority stake in VTQ Videotronik GmbH. Dr Steffen Enke, longstanding managing director and shareholder of VTQ Videotronik GmbH, will remain closely associated with the company.
BWK GmbH Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft, founded in 1990 and based in Stuttgart, is one of the largest German private equity companies. BWK has approximately €300 million in funds under management and currently has approximately €150 million invested in 20 companies.
VTQ Videotronik GmbH, based in Querfurt, Saxony-Anhalt, develops and produces high-quality electronic components as well as various products and complete solutions in the field of video technology.
A Menold Bezler team led by partner Vladimir Cutura advised BWK on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction, including financing.
