Menold Bezler advises HfWU on the spin-off of ‘Zukunft.Gründen’

Menold Bezler has advised Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) on the establishment of the non-profit organisation Zukunft.Gründen - Future.Hub for Entrepreneurship & Innovation GmbH (ZuG), a platform for sustainable start-ups.

ZuG promotes a sustainable start-up culture, for example through lectures on entrepreneurship, scholarships for promising start-up projects and the promotion of start-up cooperation programmes for SMEs. The initiative, which was previously supported by the Federal Ministry of Economics, has now been spun off. In order to establish and finance new joint ventures, ZuG works together with other companies via its newly founded subsidiary Zukunft.Gründen - Venture Studio for Entrepreneurship & Innovation GmbH and connects founders with business angels.

Menold Bezler advised the HfWU on corporate and contractual issues relating to the foundation of ZuG and the foundation of the ZuG subsidiary.
