Menold Bezler advises Limonta's shareholders on reinvestment in the Textile Solutions Group

As part of the sale of Limonta Informatica s.r.l. to Textile Solutions Group GmbH (TSG), Menold Bezler advised Limonta's shareholders on their reinvestment in TSG.

The Textile Solutions Group, a portfolio company of Elvaston Capital Management GmbH based in Berlin, is considered a pioneer in the automation and digitalisation of the textile industry.

Limonta Informatica, headquartered in Lecco near Milan, is a leading provider of ERP software for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Italian textile sector.

Menold Bezler provided advice on German law to Limonta's shareholders, working in cooperation with Alpeggiani Avvocati Associati, who led the mandate under Italian law.
