Menold Bezler advises Josef Blässinger on acquisition out of insolvency

Menold Bezler advised Josef Blässinger GmbH + Co KG from Ostfildern on the acquisition of the insolvent Bührig-Adam Wälzlager und Antriebstechnik GmbH with its two locations in Hanover and Magdeburg by way of an asset deal.

Josef Blässinger is a leading trading company in the fields of rolling bearings, linear and drive technology. With the acquisition, the family-owned company, which was founded over 90 years ago, expands its locations in Germany to a total of 13. The new owner has been managing the business operations of the family-run technology wholesaler since 1 July 2023.
