Menold Bezler advises Instone on sale of "Neckar.Sustain" residential project

Menold Bezler has advised the project developer Instone Real Estate on the sale of a sub-project from the "Neckar.Au Viertel" neighbourhood development in Rottenburg am Neckar. The buyer is Wohnbau Rottenburg am Neckar (WBR), a company owned by the city of Rottenburg.

The overall project comprises five building plots, two of which have already been completed. Three residential buildings connected by a shared underground car park are being built on the approximately 5,900 m² site of the "Neckar.Sustain" sub-project, which has now been sold. The majority of the 105 residential units are subsidised social rental flats, which will be offered at a rent of 40 percent below the local comparative rent over the next 40 years. Construction of the KfW 55 energy-efficient house standard will begin in spring 2024.

Menold Bezler advised Instone on the real estate law aspects of the sale of "Neckar.Sustain" and had previously worked on the sale of other sub-projects of the "Neckar.Au Viertel" neighbourhood development.
