Menold Bezler advises STIHL on the acquisition of the Syntegon site in Waiblingen

Menold Bezler advised ANDREAS STIHL AG & Co. KG on the acquisition of the industrial site of Syntegon Technology GmbH in Waiblingen.

The transaction is an important step toward the long-term security of STIHL’s business location in Waiblingen. The approximately 114,000 square meter site on Stuttgarter Straße in the "Am Wasserturm" industrial area offers STIHL significant expansion opportunities for its headquarters in Waiblingen and is intended to help consolidate previously regionally distributed locations. The existing lease agreements for the Syntegon areas will continue unchanged until the end of 2025.

The law firm supported the contract negotiations and provided advice on the real estate and tax aspects of the transaction.
