Menold Bezler advises Habona on the sale of a local retail property in Bavaria
Menold Bezler has advised the Frankfurt-based Habona Invest Group on the sale of a local retail property in Osterhofen, Bavaria. The newly built property, completed in 2020, has a sales area of approximately 2,450 sqm and is let on a long-term lease to anchor tenant EDEKA.
The property was sold from the open-ended real estate public fund, which Habona launched in cooperation with IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. The buyer is a family office advised by DIR Deutsche Investment Retail GmbH.
Menold Bezler provided legal counsel to Habona on the transaction, particularly in negotiating the purchase agreement. Habona regularly relies on the team led by partners Dr Axel Klumpp and Dr Jochen Stockburger for real estate transactions.
