Menold Bezler advises the City of Ostfildern on the establishment of Citizen Machinery Europe GmbH

Menold Bezler advised the City of Ostfildern on the sale of a commercial building plot in the Scharnhausen West business park to Citizen Machinery Europe GmbH.

Citizen Machinery Europe will establish its new company headquarters on a plot of approximately 8,800 m², providing a base for around 70 employees. By the end of 2026, the manufacturer of CNC automatic lathes plans to construct not only a sales headquarters but also workshop and storage areas, as well as an assembly hall.

Menold Bezler provided legal counsel to the City of Ostfildern in drafting and negotiating the purchase agreement. The firm had already supported the city during the competitive process to select a partner for implementing the climate-neutral infrastructure and energy concept of the Scharnhausen West business park.
