Menold Bezler advised Bülow AG in the negotiation and conclusion of a long-term lease agreement with Sony Europe for its Stuttgart branch.

The approximately 3,400 square meters of office and laboratory space in the Stuttgarter Höfe at NeckarPark in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt offer a forward-looking work environment in a central location. Sony Europe will occupy the space in the course of 2025. The development of the commercial quarter in NeckarPark by Bülow AG aims for a sustainable and innovative design, meeting the requirements of modern workplaces.
