Sale of Ulmer CNC-Service out of insolvency
As the provisional insolvency administrator of CNC-Service Ulmer GmbH, Sebastian Mielke has sold the business operations to RSV-Service GmbH Kompetenz- und Service-Center as part of an investor process.
Founded 30 years ago, the mechanical engineering company specialises in the modernisation, automation and overhaul of used machine tools. The takeover means that the site in Kirchheim unter Teck can continue to operate and all jobs will be retained.
By taking over the business operations of CNC-Service Ulmer GmbH, RSV-Service GmbH is expanding its range of services to include the maintenance, repair and modernisation of TRAUB CNC lathes.
The Esslingen Local Court opened insolvency proceedings for CNC on 1 January 2024.
